For Junior Performers

Thematic Theatre Camps

Now Enrolling!

We provide a full day of fun, drama, music, puppetry, theatre games, storytelling and improvisations. Students perform a puppet show at the end of the first week and a full play at the end of the second week of each session.

This camp is also used as play production preparation for beginner, intermediate, and advanced intermediate performers.

All instruction is geared to awaken individual talents and freedom of self-expression, poise, self-awareness, memorization skills, script interpretation, stage presence and working within a group setting. Students learn the fundamentals of staging a play along with proper acting techniques.

Classes are held in the comfort of a climate controlled theatre facility during the summer months. Fee includes full instructional costs, scripts, make-up, costume rental and use of the puppets. All students will be asked to have proper attire (dark, solid-colored puppeteer shorts and shirt and/or leotard and tights) for theatre and movement. All sessions have limited enrollment.

Students may enroll in any session and may take more than one session. Instruction is progressive and tailored to meet individual student needs.
