Anna Lien
Guest Director/Instructor
Anna recently graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. Theatre and History. Anna has returned to Old Michie after being an intern with them during 2003-2004. Since them Anna has worked for Blackfriars Playhouse during their YCTC ’08 session, assisted in developing children’s programming for Buckingham County Public Library, worked for the Virginia Shakespeare Festival as a costumer during Summer ’07, and starred in numerous shows both great and small during her time at William and Mary. Anna brings her sense of humor and her enthusiasm for Classical Acting, Stage Combat, Dance, and Costuming to share with budding theatre artists.
Timothy Perry
Technical Director/Teacher
Tim is a graduate student at the University of Virginia Curry School of Education. He has technical experience in stage, scenery, puppets, and props design and construction, and is a Master Puppeteer. Tim has worked in school, theatre, museum and informal learning environments in Washington DC, Indiana, Virginia and North Carolina. His professional work in regional theatre has been at the Fantasy Playhouse in Huntsville, Alabama.
John-Michael Seng-Wheeler
Sound Mixing & Design/Puppetry Arts
John Michael has been with the Old Michie Theatre since he was six where he has been an actor, dancer, puppeteer, intern, and sound technician. He will be working with the theatre this season in a new role as Master Puppeteer in charge of the Old Michie Theatre's puppet productions. He will also continue in his role as sound and lighting technician.

Puppet Shows
The Country Mouse & the City Mouse starts Saturday, March 20th, and runs through April 10th! Puppet Shows at the Old Michie Theatre are Performed on Saturdays at 11am, 2pm, and 4pm. A wonderful treat for audiences of all ages, our puppet shows are lively interpretations of classic stories. For more info, click here!
2010 Mainstage Shows
Anne of Green Gables starts on Friday, April 30 and runs through Sunday, May 23! Don't miss this classic that will be performed at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 3pm on Sundays, March 7. For more info, click here!
Magic Key Club
The Magic Key Club is a showcase of student talent held every Friday during the summer months at 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Admission is only $1 and all proceeds go to The Old Michie Theatre Scholarship Fund for needy students.
